Permitted Uses

• Members may download and 3D print Blob Lab Designs.
• Members may sell 3D printed physical products of Blob Lab Designs.

Restrictions

• Digital files of the Designs cannot be shared, redistributed, or resold, modified or otherwise.
• Small modifications like keychain or magnet holes are allowed. Large modifications need written permission from Blob Lab and may be revoked upon further notice.
• This agreement only extends to 3D printing of the designs and does not allow Members to manufacture other items like t-shirts or via other methods like injection molding.

Ownership of Designs

• All rights to the Designs, including copyrights and intellectual property, remain with Blob Lab. This agreement simply grants a license to sell physical prints of the Designs.

Termination of Agreement

• This is agreement is valid for as long as the Member holds an active monthly subscription or Blob digital token.
• Blob Lab reserves the right to terminate this agreement if any of the terms are violated. Upon termination, sale of any Blob Lab products must cease.

Responsibility of Physical Products

• Members accept sole responsibility for ensuring their products are safe for their customers and agree to hold Blob Lab harmless for any injuries, damages, improper use, or liabilities from the physical products printed from Blob Lab Designs.

Changes to this Agreement

• Blob Lab may update the terms of this agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any fundamental changes in advance, and continued use of the Designs after notice will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
