NFT Ownership
You own the ERC-721 token of your Blob. You are free to trade, sell, or burn the NFT at your discretion.
Non-commercial Rights
You are free to use your blob or any blob assets for your own personal projects. Feel free to get a Blob printed on a tshirt or make a fun animation with several Blobs.
Joint Commercial Rights
You own the commercial rights to your Blob so long as you continue to own and control the NFT. You have the right to use only your Blob for any commercial projects (e.g. use your blob on packaging, sell tshirts with your blob, make your Blob a mascot for your business, etc.)
We also have the right to use any of the 999 Blobs for commercial projects. For any mass produced merchandise of a specific Blob we will pay that Blob owner a 5% royalty for every sale. Royalties will be calculated at the point of sale, and paid out quarterly in ETH to the Blob owner’s address at that time. Blob Lab reserves full discretion on which Blobs it wants to produce. Any one-off projects or single sale commercial projects are not subject to the royalty.
Logo and Likeness
You do not own our logo or the use of Blob Lab or Blob Mob. You do not have the right to impersonate Blob Lab or deceive anyone into thinking you are Blob Lab.
